Using data to diagnose design challenges.

UW Medicine is the #1 hospital in Washington State, with 29,000 healthcare professionals, more than 4,000 individual webpages, and millions of patients booking appointments each year. I currently serve as the Senior UX Designer for their Digital Experience team. To fill a critical data gap in the end-to-end of journey of users, I lead research and design that finds the pain points and creates roadmaps for improvement.
